- Returns and Refunds
Returns:
After reporting the errors of our products within one day after receiving it, items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition.
In case of customer change of preferences, items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition. We are not responsible for the return cost.
Customized or damaged items are non-returnable.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Customers have one day after receiving products to state the defect and errors of the product; otherwise, we won’t accept anything.
